Definitions

In this policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  2. The Website – The online store at blackdot-online.com.

  3. Products – Various products displayed on the website and offered for sale.

  4. Delivery Date – The date on which the goods were delivered to the destination specified by the customer.

  5. Mailing Address – The address provided by the customer as the shipping destination for orders.

  6. Requested Delivery Date – The date selected by the customer as the preferred delivery time for their order.

  7. Order Date – The date on which the customer's payment was approved by the credit card company.

  8. Business Days – Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, public holidays, and memorial days. The order date does not count as a business day.

  9. Gender Usage – All terms in this policy are stated in the masculine form but apply equally to all genders.


General Terms

  1. The website serves as an online store for selling clothing and is owned and operated by the company.

  3. This policy constitutes the legal basis for orders and website usage, governing the relationship between the company and customers using the website.

  4. Any customer placing an order or making a purchase via the website declares that they have read and agree to the terms of this policy, and waive any claims or demands against the website, company, management, executives, or employees related to its terms and conditions.

  5. The company reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

  6. Product prices include VAT as required by law.

  7. The company's computer records regarding website transactions shall serve as prima facie evidence of the accuracy of actions performed.

  8. Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and are not legally binding. The company will strive to provide accurate representations.

  9. The company does not guarantee the availability of all displayed models and items.

  10. The company makes every effort to ensure that the information on the website is complete and accurate, but unintentional errors may occur, and the company will not be held liable for them.

  11. All prices displayed on the website are in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT where applicable. Prices do not include shipping fees.

  12. The website management may update product prices and shipping fees at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at checkout upon order completion.

  13. The website management may offer promotions and discounts, which it may modify or cancel at any time without notice.

  14. The website terms apply to all users accessing it via any digital device, including mobile phones and tablets, regardless of the communication method (Internet or other networks).

  15. The company reserves the right to send abandoned cart reminders via email to registered customers.

  16. Registration on the website is limited to one account per customer. Duplicate accounts may be removed at the company’s discretion.

  17. Promotional coupons and discounts apply to all products except sale items and external brands unless otherwise specified. Only one coupon can be used per order and applies only to online purchases. If a discounted item is returned, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount.


Registration & Ordering Process

  1. Orders can be placed by registered users or as a guest checkout by completing the order form. All required fields must be filled accurately.

  2. The company will not misuse customer data and will use it only per the website's Privacy Policy.

  3. Customers must ensure that all provided details are accurate. Incorrect information may result in undeliverable orders, in which case the customer will bear any additional shipping fees.

  4. Guest checkout is available without registration.

  5. The company will verify credit card details before processing an order. Upon approval, the order will be fulfilled.

  6. The order details as entered by the customer and recorded in the company’s system shall be considered final proof of the transaction.

  7. If a credit card transaction is declined, the customer will be notified and required to provide an alternative payment method.

  8. Order fulfillment is subject to product availability in the company’s warehouse. If an ordered product is out of stock, the company is not obligated to complete the sale and will refund any payment made.

  9. Customers may specify a different delivery address for each order.

  10. The company reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion for reasons such as:

  • The customer provided false details during registration.

  • The order or account has been linked to fraudulent activity.

  • The customer's credit card was blocked or restricted.

  1. Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This does not obligate the company to fulfill the order but confirms receipt of details.

  2. If an order cannot be processed due to payment failure or stock unavailability, the company will contact the customer for resolution.


Order Cancellation & Return Policy

  1. Order cancellation is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

  2. Customers may cancel an order before shipment at no additional charge, and a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs.

  3. If an order is canceled after shipment, a full refund minus shipping fees will be issued, provided the returned product is unused, undamaged, and with original tags attached.

  4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the timeframe set by the credit card provider.

  5. Sale items may be returned within 7 business days of purchase.

  6. No refunds are given for free promotional items or gifts.

  7. Return options:

    • Via courier (paid service)

    • Self-drop-off at the company warehouse (free)

  8. Refunds for Direct Debit (Debit) cards are not available. Instead, customers will receive store credit.

  9. Intimate apparel (underwear, bras, hosiery, socks, swimwear) and wigs cannot be returned or exchanged per Ministry of Health guidelines.


Shipping & Delivery

  1. Orders are delivered via courier services within the estimated timeframe stated at checkout.

  2. Shipping costs appear at checkout and are charged at the time of order placement.

  3. Express deliveries will require prior coordination before shipment.

  4. The company does not guarantee delivery within 3 business days for remote areas such as Eilat, Arava, Golan Heights, or beyond the Green Line.

  5. The company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

  6. Orders will only be shipped upon successful payment verification.


Liability & Copyrights

  1. The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from website use.

  2. Product descriptions are for reference only and may contain inadvertent errors.

  3. The company’s intellectual property rights, including website design, images, and branding, cannot be copied or used without prior written consent.

  4. The Black Dot name, logo, and domain blackdot-online.com are company-owned trademarks.

  5. Customers must not misuse website content or attempt to extract data using automated tools.
