CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy

A purchase cancellation made by the customer via the website must be carried out by submitting a cancellation notice to the company. The cancellation notice must include the customer’s full name and ID number, as well as the details of the transaction the customer wishes to cancel. If the cancellation notice is given over the phone, the payer’s phone number as it appears on the order must also be provided.

A customer may cancel a transaction in accordance with the cancellation policy stated in the website's terms and conditions and in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations enacted under it. If there is any discrepancy between the company's cancellation policy and the law, the provisions of the law shall prevail. Cancellation can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receiving an order confirmation, whichever is later.

However, individuals with disabilities, senior citizens, or new immigrants may cancel a transaction within four months from the transaction date, the product receipt date, or the date of receiving the invoice and order details, whichever is later, provided that the transaction included direct communication between the company and the customer (including electronic communication). The company may request documentation proving the customer’s status as a person with disabilities, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, as required by law.

Cancellation Due to Product Defect or Non-Conformity

In the case of cancellation due to a defect, the company will conduct a review with the customer. If necessary, a collection date for the product will be arranged. Refunds and cancellations will be handled in accordance with legal provisions. Customers are required to keep proof of purchase and to avoid using any products they intend to return.

Cancellation for Reasons Other Than Product Defect

If a transaction is canceled for reasons other than non-conformity, the company will refund the customer within 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is received. The company will refund the amount paid for the transaction, cancel any further charges, and provide confirmation of the cancellation. However, shipping fees will not be refunded if they were paid by the customer.

Any refund issued by the company will be processed only to the credit card used for the original purchase, after deducting shipping fees (if applicable) and according to the credit card company’s processing schedule. To clarify, the refund will be made based on the actual amount paid.

Cancellation Before Product Shipment

  • If an order is canceled before the product is shipped (before leaving the company’s warehouse), no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If an order is canceled after the product has been shipped (after leaving the warehouse), a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) will be charged. Refunds will be made according to legal provisions.

Special Sales & Promotions

Products purchased as part of a special sale or promotion (e.g., "Buy 1 Get 1 Free") must be returned together under the same purchase conditions. If only some of the products are returned, the refund or credit (as applicable) will be calculated based on the proportional discount applied at the time of purchase.

Product Condition for Returns & Exchanges

The customer's right to cancel a transaction does not override the company's right to claim damages in cases where returned products have significantly depreciated in value while in the customer’s possession. This includes cases where the returned product has been used, unsealed, damaged, broken, defective, or otherwise altered.

Customers are requested to avoid using the product if they intend to return it and to return it in perfect condition, free from any defects or damage.

Product Exchanges

Exchanges will be conducted according to the company’s exchange/return policy.
