Same-day and next-day deliveries may experience delays, but will not exceed 14 business days.
Self-pickup location: 8 HaSadna St., Holon – Warehouse 317, Rooftop Floor (by appointment only).
Uncollected orders: Orders not picked up within 14 business days will be returned to stock, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Stock reservation: We do not guarantee stock availability for cash payments. Only orders paid via credit card at checkout are secured for the customer.

Weather Conditions: During rainy days or extreme weather conditions, shipping times may be delayed.
Express Delivery: If the customer does not answer the courier's call twice, the package will be returned to the company’s warehouse, and a new delivery arrangement will be made through customer service.
Business Days: Business days refer to Sunday through Thursday, excluding the order date, Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, public holidays, and memorial days.

The courier will contact you by phone to coordinate the delivery, so we recommend being available after placing your order.
Delivery hours: 08:00 - 20:00, so please provide a convenient address for receiving your order (e.g., your workplace).
If selecting Home Delivery, please note that delivery times may be longer than indicated at checkout for settlements beyond the Green Line, Arava settlements, Eilat, and the Golan Heights.
